Kind of a tough call, but seeing as everyone else is answering "Daleks," "Bender," "Marvin," or, heaven help us, "WALL-E," I figured I'd stand by my first robot love. Although the way I phrased that reminds me that "Silver" would be a fine choice as well.

I have a deep love for Daleks, but THEY'RE NOT ROBOTS. They're living beings inside robotic shells. I don't even know if that counts as being cybernetic since the shells aren't actually part of the Daleks inside.

For my money I'd go with either C-3PO or Kryten. There's just something charming about gay British robots. I find them irresistible.
